Ursula focuses on accelerating climate solutions as a corporate lawyer, non-executive director, founder and investor.

Ursula is a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Governance and Risk Committee for national charity Parents for Climate. Parents for Climate has over 20,000 members and supports climate advocacy across Australia.  She is Chair and founder of award-winning education charity Zero Emissions Solutions, that has provided over 100 free solar and electrification events to the community.  She is also a Venture Partner of SDGx venture capital fund.

Ursula's day job is providing General Counsel services to innovative climate companies as a founder of Armara Advisory.

Ursula also has a science degree, law degree, and recently completed the University of Cambridge Business Sustainability Management, and Australian Institute of Company Directors Climate Governance for Directors courses.
