1. Introduction

- Exhibition and sponsorship opportunities

By purchasing tickets, subscribing to our services, participating in our events, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
"Event" means any automotive show, exhibition, conference, or related activity organised by the Company.
"Participant" means any person attending an Event, including ticket holders, exhibitors, sponsors, and visitors.
"Services" means all services provided by the Company including Events, subscriptions, and digital content.
"Website" means www.futuredriveauto.au and any related digital platforms.
3. Event Tickets and Registration
3.1 Ticket Purchases
- All ticket sales are subject to availability
- Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST where applicable
- Payment must be received in full before tickets are issued
- Tickets are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise
- Group booking rates may apply for purchases of 10 or more tickets
3.2 Registration Requirements
- All attendees must complete registration including providing accurate personal information
- Completion of event surveys during registration is required
- Professional credentials may be verified for industry-specific events
- We reserve the right to refuse registration at our discretion
3.3 Event Access
- Valid identification may be required for event entry
- Tickets admit one person only unless otherwise specified
- Re-entry policies vary by event and will be communicated prior to the event
3.4 Age Restrictions

- Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult
- Parents/guardians are responsible for the conduct of children
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Event Cancellations by Company
- If we cancel an event, full refunds will be provided
- We are not liable for additional costs including travel, accommodation, or other expenses
- Notice of cancellation will be provided as soon as reasonably possible
4.2 Ticket Refunds by Participants
- Tickets are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise for particular events
- Where refunds are offered, terms will be clearly stated on the event booking page
- In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the Company's sole discretion
- Any approved refunds will be subject to administration fees
- Processing fees and transaction charges are non-refundable in all circumstances

- Where refunds are approved, processing will occur within 14 business days
4.3 Event Changes
- We reserve the right to modify event programs, speakers, venues, or dates
- Reasonable notice will be provided for material changes
- Minor program changes do not entitle participants to refunds
5. Subscription Services
5.1 Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Payment is due in advance for the subscription period
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
- New rates apply from the next billing cycle
5.2 Cancellation
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
- Access continues until the end of the paid period
5.3 Content Access
- Subscription content is for personal or internal business use only
- Commercial redistribution of content is prohibited
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue content offerings
6. Exhibition and Sponsorship
6.1 Exhibitor Requirements
- Separate exhibitor agreements apply to exhibition participation
- Exhibitors must comply with venue regulations and safety requirements
- Setup and breakdown must occur within designated timeframes
- Displays must be appropriate for the automotive industry audience
6.2 Sponsorship Obligations
- Sponsorship benefits are detailed in separate sponsorship agreements
- Payment must be received prior to event marketing deadlines
- Sponsor materials must be approved by the Company
- We reserve the right to refuse inappropriate sponsorship content
7. Participant Conduct
7.1 Behaviour Standards
- Participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully
- Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated
- We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants without refund
7.2 Photography and Recording
- Events may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes
- By attending, you consent to such recording and use of your image
- Commercial photography by participants requires prior written approval
- Personal photography should respect other participants' privacy
7.3 Networking and Business Conduct
- Business cards and promotional materials may be exchanged with consent
- Aggressive sales tactics or inappropriate solicitation is prohibited
- Respect for intellectual property and confidential information is required
8. Health and Safety
8.1 Participant Responsibilities
- Participants must follow all venue safety procedures
- Any health conditions affecting participation must be disclosed during registration
- Emergency contact information must be provided and kept current
8.2 Insurance
- Participants attend events at their own risk
- We recommend participants maintain appropriate travel and health insurance
- The Company maintains public liability insurance for events
8.3 Vehicle Displays
- Vehicle owners/exhibitors must provide proof of registration and insurance
- Vehicles must comply with all safety requirements
- Vehicle movement within venues must be supervised by authorised personnel
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Company Content
- All content, materials, and intellectual property remain our property
- Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited
- Limited licence granted for personal use only
9.2 Participant Content
- You retain ownership of content you provide
- You grant us licence to use submitted content for promotional purposes
- You warrant that you have rights to any content you provide
10. Website Terms
10.1 Acceptable Use
- The website is for lawful purposes only
- Users must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems
- Uploading of malicious software or content is prohibited
